  • Who is the builder?
GGA Construction, LLC is the builder - please see the partner tab for more information.
  • How do I reserve a unit?
Once we receive a pre approval from your lender, or proof of funds, and a $15,000 deposit, we can reserve the unit of your choice.
  • Can I choose my unit?
Absolutely! Units are on a first come basis. Contact us to see which of the 36 units are available.
  • Do you work with real estate agents?
We love working with real estate agents! We are paying a 2.5% commission to agents. The real estate agent must be identified before signing a contract. If you are not working with an agent already, please contact the listing agent, Tyler Nicholls, for special pricing.
  • Can I customize the interior of the unit?
We have two color packages to choose from, “Coastal Beige” and “Black and White Farmhouse.” Each unit has already been assigned a color package, so availability of each is limited. Individual customizations cannot be accommodated because of exorbitant lead times. All building materials have been pre ordered to ensure everyone is able to move into their unit on schedule.
  • When is the completion date?
Our estimated completion date is June 30th, 2023
  • How does financing work since the project is not finished?
We have partnered with Main Street Home Loans who can lock in your interest rate for up to 12 months for 1% of the purchase price. This will ensure that there are no surprises at the end of the project and you can lock in your interest rate now in case they continue rising. In the event that interest rates drop over the next few months, Main Street Home Loans will lower the interest rate one time to the new rate as a courtesy.
  • What are the standard finishes?
Solid plywood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, 12mm luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, living room, hall, and carpet in the bedrooms. Electric heat pump, electric hot water heater.
  • What’s the difference between these new units and units in the existing two buildings?
The biggest differences is that these are brand new units in a new building, whereas the existing units are 17 years old. Another primary difference is the floor plan. We reduced the size of the hallways in the common areas, which were extremely large, and added that square footage to the individual units. Our 3 bedroom units are 20 sq ft larger and our 2-bedroom units are 158 sq ft larger than the previously built units. The other difference is that we took out the wall that divided the kitchen and the living room, this gives the units a more modern, open floor plan. We also added an overhanging counter to the kitchen which can be used for barstool seating. The last major difference is upgraded finishes. We are including granite countertops in the kitchen, all stainless-steel appliances, LVP flooring, and upgraded lighting.
  • Do you have any handicap accessible rooms?
Yes, we have two handicap accessible rooms in the building.
